August Bank Hol 18

Austin having a poo in the middle of our flat-tyre pit stop at Kwik-Fit Bridlington happens to be a great summary of our bank holiday weekend.

(Caption: us all squashed in the car with the contents of our boot, eating a rice crispie bun watching peppa on the iPhone at Kwik-fit)

But whilst we are being positive, here are the highlights;

Toddling round Millhouses Park and taking part in the annual duck race – twice!

Testing our new school bags, wandering around like turtles…

Mummy caught us helping each other get dressed and brush our hair…

Watching Nannie & Grandad enjoy their helicopter ride (from the car, in the rain, whilst 4 men changed mummys flat tyre)

Whilst the situation was slightly chaotic, the food we had after the flight, at The Black Swan, Brandesburton was great!

We had lots of fun in the caravan, mummy and daddy managed numerous cups of tea, chilling.

We called into a large car boot we spotted on the way to bridlington.

We got mummy a new tyre at Kwik-Fit, if it wasn’t the £125 for a tyre that ruined our day, it was having our bum changed in the car boot of a busy Kwik-Fit car park, because there was no baby change!

We had an awesome welly walk, feeding the ducks, climbing big hills, exploring.

We were able to FOR THE FIRST TIME play out in the damp weather and the rain, without worrying about its effect on our chest, lungs, rorys trachy.

Small wins!
